Jetty multiple products HTTP directory traversal

Description:
The Jetty Web server, used by multiple products including IBM Trading Partner Interchange and Computer Associates Unicenter Web Services Distributed Management (WSDM), could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system. An attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) to traverse directories and view arbitrary files and directories outside of the Web root directory.
