Fcron fcronsighup allows attacker to obtain information

Description:
Fcron could allow a local attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by a vulnerability in the fcronsighup tool, which instructs fcron to reread the fcron tables. A local attacker could supply the file name of a root owned file to cause an error message to be returned containing the file's contents.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of Fcron (2.0.2 or 2.9.5.1 or later), available from the Fcron Web site. See References.

Upgrade to the latest version of Fcron (2.0.2, >= 2.9.5.1 or later), as listed in GLSA 200411-27. See References.
For other distributions:
