For Debian GNU/Linux 3.0 (alias woody):
Upgrade to the latest version of viewcvs package (0.9.2-4 or later), as listed below in the DSA-605-1. See References.
For Gentoo Linux:
Upgrade to the latest version of viewcvs (0.9.2_p20041207-r1 or later), as listed in GLSA 200412-26. See References.
For other distributions:
Contact your vendor for upgrade or patch information.
