Description:

Multiple Web browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer and Konqueror could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary FTP commands. A remote attacker could create a specially-crafted FTP URL containing an FTP command within a set of '%0a' strings, which would be executed on the vulnerable FTP server, once the URL is clicked.

Note: KDE is also affected by this vulnerability.
