wget to create modify and overwrite files

Description:
wget could allow a remote attacker to create or overwrite arbitrary files in or below the victim's parent directory. A remote attacker, in control of a malicious server, could send a specially-crafted HTTP response to create, modify and overwrite files on the victim's system.
