Description:
unrtf is vulnerable to a buffer overflow in the process_font_table function of the convert.c file. By creating a specially-crafted RTF file, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with user privileges, once the file is opened.

Remedy:
For Gentoo Linux:
Upgrade to the latest version of unrtf (0.19.3-r1 or later), as listed in GLSA 200501-15. See References.
