ChBg simplify_path buffer overflow

Description:
ChBg is vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking in the simplify_path function in the config.c file. By creating a specially-crafted list of file names, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with user privileges, once the list is processed.
