Oracle Application Server ISQL*Plus file access

Description:
Oracle10g Application Server could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by a vulnerability in the ISQL*Plus tool. By sending a specially-crafted URL request to the load.uix script to read arbitrary files on the server, such as the /etc/passwd file on Linux platforms or the \boot.ini file on Microsoft Windows platforms.
