Oracle Database Server EXTPROC directory traversal

Description:
Oracle10g and 9i Database Server could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the database, caused by a vulnerability in EXTPROC, which provides the functionality to allow procedure calls to external programs from PL/SQL. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to access arbitrary libraries outside of the $ORACLE_HOME\bin
directory, such as libc and msvcrt.dll.
