Oracle Database Server EXTPROC library name buffer overflow

Description:
Oracle10g Database Server is vulnerable to a buffer overflow in the EXTPROC executable, which provides the functionality to allow procedure calls to external programs from PL/SQL. A local attacker could supply a library name containing specially-crafted environment variables to overflow a buffer and possibly execute arbitrary code on the system.
