ReviewPost PHP Pro SQL injection

Description:
ReviewPost PHP Pro is vulnerable to SQL injection. By sending a specially-crafted URL request to the showcat.php or addfav.php script containing SQL code in the 'cat' or 'product' parameter, a remote attacker could obtain sensitive information and add, modify or delete data in the backend database.
Platforms Affected:
- ReviewPost, ReviewPost PHP Pro prior to 2.84
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of ReviewPost PHP Pro (2.84 or later), available from the ReviewPost PHP Web site. See References.
