FlatNuke index.php security bypass

Description:
FlatNuke could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input by the index.php script. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability using carriage returns in the url_avatar field to bypass security restrictions and create an administrator account.
