Microsoft Windows COM files gain privileges

Description:

Microsoft Windows could allow a local attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system, caused by improper accessing of shared memory when processing COM structured storage files. COM structured storage defines a single file entity as a structured collection of two object types, storages and streams. A local attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the system.
