Mozilla SSL lock icon view-source URL spoofing
| mozilla-ssl-view-source-spoofing (19169) |
Description:
Mozilla could allow a remote attacker to spoof the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) lock icon. A remote attacker could create a specially-crafted view-source: URL to spoof the SSL lock icon, so that the Web page appears to come from a trusted source. This vulnerability could then be used to gain sensitive information from unsuspecting users.
