IBM AIX chdev format string attack

Description:
IBM AIX is vulnerable to a format string attack in the setuid root chdev program. chdev fails to properly use a formatted printing function. A local attacker, with system group privileges, could supply a specially-crafted argument to execute arbitrary code on the system with root privileges.
