Description:
SafeNet SoftRemote VPN Client could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information. The SoftRemote client stores the VPN password in memory in the Windows registry within the IreIKE.exe process in plain text. A remote authenticated attacker with access to the VPN client could obtain the VPN password and perform other functions against the system, such as obtain the username and IP addresses in plain text.
