Mozilla and Mozilla Firefox tab allows access to information from a window
| mozilla-firefox-tab-gain-access (19264) |
Description:
Mozilla Firefox could allow a remote attacker to gain unauthorized access to a window, caused by a vulnerability in the JavaScript security manager. A remote attacker could create a JavaScript: URL, that if dropped to a tab, would allow the attacker to gain access to a window that is different from a remote host. An attacker could use this vulnerability to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials or possibly execute arbitrary code on the system.
