Description:

IRM (Information Resource Manager) could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by a vulnerability in the LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) login code. A remote attacker with a non-existent username could exploit this vulnerability to bypass security restrictions and login to the system.

  • StackWork Enterprises, IRM prior to 1.5.2.1

Remedy:

Upgrade to the latest version of IRM (1.5.2.1 or later), available from the SourceForge.net Web site. See References.
