Description:
Biz Mail is a free form CGI script designed to send delimited form data to a data file running on Microsoft Windows and Unix-based operating systems. Biz Mail Form version 2.1 and possibly earlier versions could allow a remote attacker to perform mail relaying, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input in the email parameter in the bizmail.cgi. A remote attacker could use CRLF sequences and forged mail headers in the email parameter to bypass security restrictions and inject arbitrary code on the system, allowing the attacker to use the system as an open mail relay.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of Biz Mail Form (2.2 or later), available from the Biz Mail Form Download Web page. See References.
