Description:

Microsoft Windows is vulnerable to a LAND attack, resulting in a denial of service. If the Windows Firewall has been turned off, a remote attacker could send a specially-crafted TCP packet with the SYN flag set to consume 100% of the available CPU resources and cause the system to crash.
