Apache Tomcat AJP12 request denial of service

Description:
Apache Tomcat is vulnerable to a denial of service attack, caused by improper handling of malformed requests in the AJP12 protocol. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted malformed request to cause the server to stop processing legitimate requests.
Note: Cosminexus Server may also be affected by this vulnerability.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of Apache Tomcat (5.x or later), available from the Apache Jakarta Project Web site. See References.
