Description:
Vortex Portal could allow a remote attacker to include malicious PHP files. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted URL to the content.php script that uses the act parameter or to the index.php script that uses the act parameter to specify a malicious file from a remote system which would allow the attacker to execute code on the vulnerable system.
