Description:

ACS Blog is vulnerable to cross-site scripting caused by improper validation of user-supplied input. A remote attacker could create a malicious URL link containing embedded script in the mail, link, or img tag which, once the link is clicked, would be executed in the victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting site.

  • ASP Press, ACS Blog 1.1.2 and prior

Remedy:

Upgrade to the latest version of ACS Blog (1.1.3 or later), available from the ASP Press Web site. See References.
