Description:

Junkbuster could allow a remote attacker to cause a heap corruption caused by improper validation of user-supplied input with URLs. A remote attacker could use this vulnerability to cause a heap corruption and cause a denial of service or execute arbitrary code on the system.

Remedy:

For Gentoo Linux:
Upgrade to the latest version of junkbuster (2.0.2-r3 or later), as listed in GLSA 200504-11. See References.
