Yager freeze datablock denial of service

Description:
Yager is vulnerable to a denial of service attack caused by a vulnerability with a freeze of the datablock. The system is set with a datablock header size of 10 bytes. A remote attacker could send an incomplete data header containing 9 bytes or less and cause the system to freeze, resulting in a denial of service.
