GNU cpio directory traversal
| cpio-directory-traversal (20204) |
Description:
GNU cpio could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted cpio file containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) in the file, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to write to arbitrary directories on the system.
