BIG-IP, 3-DNS, and OpenBSD login_radius security bypass

Description:
Big-IP, 3-DNS Controller, and OpenBSD could allow a remote attacker to bypass security caused by a vulnerability in the login_radius. The login_radius fails to properly check the shared secret regarding replies received from the radius server. If the radius authentication is enabled, a remote attacker could send a specially-crafted spoofed response with origin being the radius server to bypass security restrictions.

Upgrade to the latest version of 3-DNS Controller (4.5.11 or later), available F5 Web site. See References.

For OpenBSD 3.5:
Apply the 020 radius patch for your system, available from the OpenBSD FTP Directory. See References.
