Description:

Cacti could allow a remote attacker to include malicious PHP files caused by improper validation of user-supplied input in the top_graph_header.php script. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted URL to the top_graph_header.php script using the library_path variable to include a malicious file from a remote system which would enable the attacker to execute arbitrary code on the vulnerable system.
