Cacti $_REQUEST array command execution

Description:
Cacti could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary shell commands caused by a vulnerability in the $_REQUEST array. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted URL containing malicious commands in the $_POST or $_COOKIE parameter to execute arbitrary shell commands on the system.
