Oracle Forms temporary files information disclosure

Description:
Oracle Forms could create an unencrypted copy of database tables to a temporary file when the number of retrieved records exceeds the buffered records parameter. The temporary file created has world readable rights. A local attacker could exploit this vulnerability to obtain sensitive information.
