SPiD lang_EN.php command execution

Description:
SPiD could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands caused by improper validation of user-supplied input in the lang_EN.php script. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted URL to the lang_EN.php script containing embedded code in the lang_path parameter to execute arbitrary commands with the privileges of the web service.
