Netpbm -dSAFER option command execution

Description:
Netpbm could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the system. Netpbm fails to properly use the -dSAFER option when calling GhostScript to convert the PostScript file into a PBM, PGM, or PNM file. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary commands on the system.
