Description:
FlatNuke is vulnerable to cross-site scripting. A remote attacker could post a news message containing malicious JavaScript embedded in the body of the message. When the administrator views the news posting, the malicious JavaScript would be executed in the administrator's Web browser within the security context of the hosting site. An attacker could use this vulnerability to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials.
