MySQL LoadLibraryEx function denial of service

Description:
MySQL is vulnerable to a denial of service attack caused by a vulnerability in the LoadLibraryEx function on Windows-based operating systems. If a remote attacker, who has insert privileges on the mysql.func table, requests one of of the non-library files that is included within the PATH by default on Microsoft Windows, the attacker could cause the Windows installation to crash.
