McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator allows elevated privileges
| epolicy-orchestrator-gain-privileges (21839) |
Description:
McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePo) could allow a local attacker to gain elevated privileges caused by insecure file permissions in the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Network Associates\Common Framework\Db directory. A local attacker could create a subdirectory under the Db directory and link it to a directory that contains files to which the user has access which would allow the attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system.
