Description:
Barracuda Spam Firewall could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information caused by a vulnerability in the /cgi-bin/img.pl script. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted URL to the /cgi-bin/img.pl script containing '../' directory traversal characters in the f parameter to view arbitrary files on the system.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest firmware for Barracuda Spam Firewall (3.1.18 or later), available from Barracuda Networks Web site. See References.
