Description:

ATutor is vulnerable to SQL injection. If the magic_quotes_gpc option is disabled, a remote attacker could send a specially-crafted SQL statement to the password_reminder.php script which would allow the attacker to add, modify, or delete information in the backend database.

Remedy:

Upgrade to the latest version of ATutor (1.5.5 or later), available from the ATutor Web site. See References.
