Description:

Clam AntiVirus is are vulnerable to a denial of service caused by a vulnerability in libclamav/fsg.c. A remote attacker could send a malicious FSG compressed file which, once the file is processed, would cause an infinite loop.

Upgrade to the latest version of Clam AntiVirus (0.87 or later), available from the ClamAV Download Web page. See References.
