vBulletin joinrequest, user, usertitle, and usertools.php scripts SQL injection

Description:
vBulletin is vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted SQL request to the joinrequests.php, user.php, usertitle.php, and usertools.php scripts which could allow the attacker to add, modify, or delete information in the backend database.
Platforms Affected:
- Jelsoft Enterprises, vBulletin prior to 3.0.9
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of vBulletin (3.0.9 or later), available from the vBulletin Download Web page. See References.
