MWChat chat.php script could allow SQL Injection

Description:
MWChat is vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted request to the chat.php script containing a SQL statement in the Username parameter which will allow the attacker to add, modify or delete user information in the back-end database.
