PHP Handicapper process_signup.php allows execution of code

Description:
PHP Handicapper could allow a remote attacker to execute code using SQL injection. A remote attacker could send specially-crafted SQL statements to the process_signup.php script using the serviceid parameter which would allow the attacker to add, modify, or delete data from the database.
