GNU Mailman UTF8 scrubber.py denial of service

Description:
GNU Mailman is vulnerable to a denial of service caused by a vulnerability in the scrubber.py script. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted email containing an attachment with UTF8 characters to cause the mailing list to stop working.
