Description:
Gadu-Gadu is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by the improper handling of direct connections. By sending multiple specially-crafted DCC packets, a remote attacker could consume an overly large amount of memory resources, resulting in a denial of service.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of Gadu-Gadu (7 build 22 or later), available from the Gadu-Gadu Web site. See References.
