PHP mb_send_mail() header injection

Description:
PHP could allow a remote attacker to inject malicious To: headers when sending an email, caused by an input validation vulnerability in the mb_send_mail() function. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to use a PHP-based mail application as an open mail relay.
