Description:
Symantec pcAnywhere is vulnerable to a denial of service caused by a buffer overflow. A remote attacker could exploit an unknown buffer overflow vulnerability to cause the pcAnywhere component to terminate.

Denial of Service
Remedy:
Apply the patch for this vulnerability, available from the Symantec LiveUpdate, as listed in Symantec Security Response SYM05-026. See References.
