Open Source Ticket Request System index.pl cross-site scripting

Description:
Open Source Ticket Request System (OTRS) is vulnerable to cross-site scripting. A remote authenticated attacker could send a specially-crafted URL to the index.pl script containing embedded code in the Action parameter, which once the link is clicked, would be executed within the security context of the hosting site.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of OTRS (2.0.4 or 1.3.3 or later), available from the OTRS Web site. See References.
