PHP ext/mysqli exception handling format string

Description:
PHP could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by a format string vulnerability in the ext/mysqli exception handling function. In order to exploit this vulnerability, a remote attacker would either be required to gain control of the database server responsible for handling exception responses or use pre-existing SQL injection vulnerabilities in the targeted PHP application.
