ACal Project login.php authentication bypass

Description:
ACal Project could allow a remote attacker bypass authentication, caused by a vulnerability in the login.php script. The ACalAuthenticate cookie parameter is used to determine if a user has been successfully authenticated. A remote attacker could manually set this parameter in a specially-crafted URL request to bypass authentication and gain unauthorized access to the application.

Upgrade to the latest version of ACal Project (2.2.6 or later), available from the ACal Project Web site. See References.
