Description:

Oracle Database 10g stores the Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) masterkey in plaintext. Event 10053 creates a trace-file that contains the unencrypted masterkey in plaintext. A local attacker could exploit this vulnerability to obtain the masterkey used for TDE encryption.
