PHP-Ping negative count parameter denial of service

Description:
PHP-Ping can be used to launch a denial of service attack, caused by improper validation of the "count" parameter. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by supplying a negative value to the "count" parameter, which would allow the attacker to use PHP-Ping as a ping flood denial of service tool.
